Hi,
in which Country are you sitting / tax resident? In I would say the most countries you can choose brokers not located within your own Country, look for the big ones and apply for an account opening. Me myself I am using IBKR, direct access to I guess around 130 Countries and their Markets. I do not need them, I trade in my Homecountry and in the USA, but you could also trade in...
Just be sure to apply for a Pro Account as it looks like IBKR now does also provide "commission free" brokerage where you and your data are their "fee machine". Go for the Pro Account. You pay USD 1 for up to 200 Shares or if more than USD 0.005 per traded share - who really trades knows that's nuts...
If you are in India I would guess IBKR provides you there. If you are in Japan, then definitely I would suggest so.
Have a nice Weekend
