Commission Fees on Think or Swim Platform is Incorrect

I noticed TradeInsights erroneously and automatically calculates a pre-set value for commission fees. For example, Think or Swim platform by default charges $6.95 per trade, but in reality, I have an adjusted $4.95 fee with them. Also, TradeInsights is calculating a fee per ticket instead of per trade. For example, I had 9 actual trades yesterday, but sold/bought in 50 individual tickets. Instead of calculating 9 commission fees, it is calculating 50. This is throwing off my PnL substantially.
Has anyone run into this issue? I can't believe I'm the only one out there that noticed this. Is there a way to fix this, or to turn off the commission structure all together?

Hi there! As you may or may not know, the site is fairly new and these bugs will come up. I appreciate you reporting it. I'll get this issue corrected. I have a slew of changes I'm working on getting released. I'll try to address this today or tomorrow. I'm sorry for the inconvenience!

Hi Michael.
I still see the commission and fees showing the incorrect amount. Think or Swim shows that I made a total of 25 trades on Friday 9/21 @ $4.95 per trade + some minor miscellaneous fees that comes out to roughly $130. Trader Insights shows the commission and fees totaling about $332.
Am I doing something wrong?

You will definitely have to re-import those trades, as the calculations are done while importing. Sorry about that. You can delete the existing bad data by going to Trader Tools\Analytics\Trades list and clicking the "Delete All Trades" button at the bottom of the trade grid.

OK followed your directions and deleted all trades and re-imported with an updated CSV. Still shows incorrect, inflated fees and throws off my PnL substantially. I will send you another screen shot in an email.

I was manually adding commissions for an earlier version of the import for paper trading. I took that out and will have an option available to add custom commissions for traders importing TOS paper trades from here on out. Thanks for bearing with me!

The individual tickets are calculated as commission fees. Has this been fix? Thx!

365outlaw, do you mean with ThinkOrSwim? The commissions are calculated differently for each broker/platform. Do you have an example of something that is incorrect. I'm not aware of any issues currently. Edited by user Friday, November 16, 2018 7:20:58 AM(UTC)

I am having this same problem with importing my paper trades from ToS as well. I tried deleting them and re-importing them with entering my adjusted commission, but it still shows up as $6.95 instead of $4.95.
