Unable to import from TOS

Hello,
I tried to import my trades last night and it did not work. I had broken up my trades into one year chunk and none of them worked. I followed the steps for TOS and made sure to have sorted per directions, but no luck. Can you help, @TraderMichael

Were the trades you attempted to import option spreads?

I faced exactly the same issue. Yes - my trades are all option spreads.

Sorry to add - I also reduced the data set to just 2 days worth, of about 4 trades, and it still didnt work. Please help!

Sorry, this is a known issue. The site doesn't currently option spreads. I'm hoping to get support for it added sooner than later. I apologize!
