+$2 - Trading SPY Options

With the Iran news, it was a very volatile trading day.  SPY was very choppy.  Took a bad put trade early in the day, then switched to a Call and pretty much broke even.  Did not follow my strategy regarding stops and need to become more disciplined in that area.

+$33 - But broke my rules

Had a gap and Go trader on PULM and followed rules and got out at $.20 loss but then also had a SPY Options trade where I held and Hoped.  Broke Rules, but luckily it recovered
